On July 28th, 2021, an annual audit was completed at the Latymer plant in Shostka. On it, representatives of the State Enterprise “Technical and Testing Institute of Construction Prague”, which is a member of the European Organization for Technical Assessment in the Field of Construction Products (EOTA) in the Czech Republic, carried out an audit of compliance with European product quality standards, personnel qualifications, laboratory, facade mesh production process and control quality.
Latymer received the European certificate back in March 2019. Since then, every year the plant has undergone a full audit, affecting all processes. Starting from an assessment of the process of selecting a supplier of raw materials for production to the moment of shipment of finished products to the client’s warehouse. According to the results of the audit, the plant received a very high rating. And for the third year in a row, it has confirmed compliance with the European Technical Assessment ETA and the FPC certificate. This certificate gives us the right to mark our products with the CE mark, sell and use them in all countries of the European Union.
In this way, the European Union protects its market and consumers from low-quality facade fiberglass mesh. In European countries, the facade mesh without such a certificate cannot appear in any estimate or at any facility. Certified fiberglass meshes are guaranteed to hold the plaster layer in insulation systems for at least 25 years, and the actual service life under normal operating conditions can be even longer.
We recommend to use only high quality building materials.
Latymer is a high quality, confirmed by professionals.
