The representative of the authorized body, the state enterprise “Ukrmetrteststandard”, confirmed: the company's daily work is built on the philosophy “from management quality to product quality”. The organization has implemented the world principles of quality management. Among them – customer orientation, involvement of top management, process approach and continuous improvement of control methods and product characteristics.
The Head of the Scientific and Technical Department for Production Evaluation and Confirmation of Compliance of the Management System of the state enterprise “Ukrmetrteststandard” Andrey Gluza confirmed that the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 certification is a new stage of the company's formation and development.
“Of course, behind this new certificate there is a hard coordinated work of the whole team: the desire to improve and develop. I like the fact that you have a young and very ambitious team. You face the future. Also it is very important that arising during production problems are not ignored – there is a clear mechanism for identifying and eliminating of deficiencies”, the auditor stressed.
We would remind you that in order to receive a new edition of the certificate, the company’s management underwent special training, aimed at continuous improvement of the management system and increasing of the efficiency of employees at all levels. In the course of seminars and workshops, LATYMER employees finalized a number of conceptual documents that formed the Quality Policy of the company. After that, an internal and external audit of the company was carried out with the participation of representatives of the certification body – the state enterprise Ukrmetrteststandart.
