LATYMER’s staff visited the IV National Export Forum, which was held in the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry under the slogan “We open countries. We unite business”.
The event with the participation of the members of the Ukrainian government gathered more than 150 participants from 14 countries of the world. Delegations from Germany, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Lithuania, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Italy, Austria, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Nigeria came to discuss export opportunities.
Experts commented on the global challenges of Ukrainian exports, assessed the results of the implementation of the National Export Strategy of Ukraine, and also found new forms of cooperation between countries.
The master-class "Become an expert in export" was especially useful for our company. A Coordinator of the European Office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine Ralph Lovak shared his experience related to the entry of products into the EU markets, and commented on all the stages of the company's export strategy.
Also the presentation of the capabilities of the European Enterprise Network program was interesting for Ukrainian exporters. This is the largest business support network in Europe (there are more than 2.5 million organizations in the EEN database that are looking for partners all over the world). Currently, LATYMER is already working on placing its profile on the European Enterprise Network.
We would remind you that in May of 2018 our company launched a new line of building fiberglass mesh LATYMER STANDARD. The product is being tested in the laboratories of the European Union to confirm the quality. It is assumed that the volume of LATYMER’s exports will increase to 65% of all manufactured products.
